History of World Workers Party :
Workers World Party was formed in 1959.
They stand for socialism.
They believe that ownership of the tremendous productive wealth built up by hundreds of millions of workers can't remain in the hands of a privileged few.
The party put their ideas into practice by participating in such movements as the student movement, the labor movement, and the women's movement.
Their goal is to have a society run by the workers, not just as pawns in a capitalist political game but as collective owners of the social wealth.
