The lesson I learned was, if I keep trying and not give up, I will finally achieve my goals.  For example, in my ice skating some of the jumps and spins are really difficult and I get discouraged for not being able to do them.  Now I realize that if I try and try, one day, I will finally be able to do it.  I will set a goal to land, complete a jump, or spin.  If I do not reach my goal, I will try even harder.  Another example is, when I ask my dad for a dog, he always says "NO".  But, I will just keep on trying because I know he will give in someday.  I am hoping to finally get a dog.  So just like Guglielmo Marconi, I am persevering and keeping up hope like Marconi with his wireless systems.
